Nice Article. agree with some of the points. However, I do believe that Scrum or Kanban guidelines are meant to support or optimize the process of creating a product. The focus should always be on the product, not on the process. Adapt or modify a process that works for your team and stick with it, but keep the focus on improving the quality and delivery of the product, invariably processes will fall in place and evolve within a stable team.
